Our blue agave plantations are located in

LOS ALTOS DE JALISCO,

the crown jewel of regions for the production of authentic tequila, protected under global Denomination of Origin standards.

We have 160 hectares of land surrounded peach, lemon and avocado trees, whose pollen leaves detectable traces on every blue agave plant we grow, subtly impacting the raw material.

This pollination also has the additional benefit of helping our agaves restore lost gaps in their original genetic profile, giving them a natural resilience and ability to adapt in diverse conditions, and ultimately helping us cultivate a product of the highest quality.

The yeasts we use are cultivated by Master Expert Héctor Dávalos

Using techniques designed to achieve a consistency in how the product stimulates the human senses. The yeast consists of living microorganisms that take between 25 and 30 days to propagate.
