Terms and Conditions
This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to solely as “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through the website WWW.IZTIC.COM (hereinafter, “WEBSITE”), which is owned by IZTIC SAPI DE CV (hereinafter, “OWNER”). Any person who wishes to access or use the website or the services offered therein may do so subject to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, as well as to the policies and principles incorporated in this document. In any event, any person who does not accept these terms and conditions must refrain from using the WEBSITE and/or acquiring the products and services offered.
Given the nature of the activity carried out by the OWNER, please be advised that it is registered with WWW.RPC.ECONOMIA.GOB.MX and holds the authorization number 2022001785599005B, under which it is permitted to carry out the following activities:

I. OBJECT.
The purpose of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is to regulate the access and use of the WEBSITE, meaning any type of content, product, or service that is available to the general public within the domain: WWW.IZTIC.COM.
The OWNER reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the presentation, content, functionality, products, services, and configuration that may be contained on the WEBSITE; in this regard, the USER acknowledges and agrees that IZTIC SAPI DE CV may, at any time, interrupt, deactivate, or cancel any of the elements that make up the WEBSITE or access to them.
Access to the WEBSITE by the USER is free and, as a general rule, is available at no charge, without the USER having to provide any consideration in order to enjoy it, except for the cost of the internet connection provided by the service provider contracted by the USER.
Access to the content and services provided through the WEBSITE will not require any subscription or registration.
The WEBSITE is exclusively aimed at persons of legal age (over 18 years old); in this regard, IZTIC SAPI DE CV disclaims any responsibility for failure to meet this requirement.
The USER is hereby informed that the OWNER may manage or administer the WEBSITE directly or through a third party, which in no way alters the provisions set forth in these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
II. THE USER.

Furthermore, the USER agrees to use the information, content, or services offered through the WEBSITE lawfully, without contravening the provisions of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, public morals, or public order, and shall refrain from performing any act that may infringe upon the rights of third parties or otherwise impair the operation of the WEBSITE.
Merely accessing the WEBSITE does not constitute the establishment of any type of relationship between the OWNER and the USER.
Since the WEBSITE is exclusively aimed at persons of legal age, the USER represents that they are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
III. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE.
The OWNER does not guarantee in any way the continuity and availability of the content, products, or services offered through the WEBSITE; however, the OWNER will take actions, within its possibilities, to maintain the proper functioning of the WEBSITE, without this entailing any responsibility on the part of IZTIC SAPI DE CV.

VII. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
IZTIC SAPI DE CV reserves the right to initiate any civil or criminal proceedings it deems necessary due to the improper use of the WEBSITE, its content, products, or services, or due to the breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
The relationship between the USER and IZTIC SAPI DE CV shall be governed by the laws in force in Mexico, specifically in Mexico City. Should any controversy arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the parties agree to submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts that have the appropriate authority according to law in the referenced state.
